Hello Experts,
We got a requirement that, business creates sales orders through some interface and due to some problem with the sending files,
they sent the request several times. Now same orders created in CRM many times.
Now they are asking to cancel all those orders. We have some around 3k plus orders. All are with same order type.
All are in Final Order status, ie not sent to ECC. We need to cancel in CRM itself.
Please suggest us how we can do this bulk order cancellation. We have any standard report for this kind of issue.
or need to develop a custom report.
