List and Panel: hide the bottom gray line

Hi,

In the application I am developing, there is a list with panels inside, and by default the list item and the panel have gray lines in the bottom.

I would like to hide those lines, please look at the attachment.

black = custom list item

red = panel

blue = text field.

I want to remove the gray lines highlighted in yellow.
