Hi Ernst.
Have you already checked that all Afaria services and RSOE's are running? Can you restart them?
What device are you using and what Android OS version does the device have? Do you see any error in the Afaria Server Log when you send an apply policy to the device? Do you see any messages in the package tracking log?
Do the apps get installed during a new enrollment?
Do you seen that the inventory xml files are processed in C:\Program Files\Aips\Bin\inv ?
