In your case, I guess the IDOCs are created either through Change pointers or through a custom program which calls the function module MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE or through BD10.

In case of change pointers, IDOC will be created by running the program RBDMIDOC. IDOC would be triggered for the change pointers logged for that material.
