My Inbox : Username and password error

Hi,

I am trying to implement My Inbox application but I am getting the below error.

" {"code":"/IWBEP/CX_MGW_BOP_RFC_SYSTEM","message":"RFC call was not successful because of system failure 'Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) "

Please help me.
