Try to open this program on SE38 and run a check to identify where exactly is this syntax error. Then, please add a screenshot with details.
In additioin, you can attach the complete short dump file into this thread.
If you display in ST22 the dump you can download it using the menu System - List - Save - Local File. Please choose unconverted extension.
