I'm not sure but try once it may work.

Deactivate the GTS functionality.

SPRO-->IMG-->Sales&Distribution-->Foreign Trade/Customs-->SAP Global Trade Services - Plug-In -->Control Data for Transfer to SAP Global Trade Services-->Technical Activation of Document Transfer

--> Deactivate all 6 Data Transfers (MM0A,MM0B,MM0C,SD0A,SD0B,SD0C).

Please check and update.
