I checked in NPRT and can see no. of documents there. And moreover I have checked Data Source 2LIS_02_HDR which extracts data while checking from RSA3. By this I am sure Setup table is being filled.
Now the question is why 2LIS_02_ITM is not getting data 
....I am thinking if this is because of field LOEKZ only?
