Aditya, have you checked to make a copy operator with let's say 12 or 13 source and target KF and see if that works? for 212 you DEFINETLY will get a reply from SAP informing you to split it. I am not in support, but that is easy to guess....
... there must be a very special reason to copy 212 KF, what the xxx of a process are you modeling???? 
... And I was so naïve to think we where the project with the most copies...
